Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Lynimage Ltd requires payment in full prior to shipping.

Limit of Liability

When original artwork (or other original materials) are submitted for scanning and color corrections, Lynimage Ltd will take best possible care of it. Should the original material incur accidental damages due to the fragile state of the art work or act of God, Lynimage will not be held responsible. It is the client's sole responsibility to insure the original artwork or other materials.

Copyright

It is illegal to reproduce copyrighted materials without written permission from the copyright holder. All copyright ownership and reproduction rights issues have to be resolved between the client and other involved parties before any art works, digital files or original art work is submitted to Lynimage Ltd.

Lynimage Ltd excepts no responsability for copyright infringments it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they have permission to reproduce images.

Lyimage Ltd shall not use the clients' digital images and derived prints for any other purpose without the expressed consent of the client. By submitting any materials, the purchaser/client agrees to be fully responsible for all costs, expenses, legal fees or judgments resulting in any claim or lawsuit against Lynimage Ltd at the request of the Copyright holder.
